The BODY and MIND are closely linked, when your body feels better so too will your mind. StudioFettle - Health & WellBeing Centre - Humberston

History

‘In Fine Fettle’ a saying I once heard my Grandad use.

Rachael, creator of StudioFettle has a walked a meandering path into co-ordinating this Health & Wellbeing Centre.

On completion of her studies and following several years of self discovery whilst travelling the most peaceful and exotic destinations, her career took her through Human Resources working predominantly with Occupational Health, to Mental Health support and rehabilitation, to Health Club Management and then to Personal Training.

Learning how mental and physical wellbeing has a massive influence on every aspect of life, personally and in the workplace, then using her job roles and personal experiences she was able to develop a successful approach to Personal Training. She was now coaching her clients mentally as well as physically.

After rolling this approach out to all her clients-and getting results- she realised that by bringing in the specialists to help her and then enhancing this experience with further services to provide a polishing touch, she could make more people now feel even more amazing.

So ‘In Fine Fettle’ now means so much more.

Fettle, meaning ‘good working order’ or ‘optimum condition’ is exactly how Rachael and her service team want you to feel when becoming a client of StudioFettle. A little saying as a child has stuck and gone a long long way.
