Sara, our newest service team member launched Mat based and Fitness Pilates sessions back in February to an overwhelming response, so much that she added 2 extra classes in March.
For the mind, we welcome a super specialised Georgina Reeves delivering the sought after IEMT service which integrates perfectly with our Hypnotherapist Julie and counsellor Lucy who both have a wealth of experience in person centered support.. truely grateful for the Mind team here within the Fettle Family.
More on the spiritual side we have Anna back with fun Divination nights that demonstrate physic, astrology, energy and mediumship vibes she also hosts a monthly mediation to practice some mental self care. Tara will be on hand for Sound Meditation on a monthly evening and will offer 1- 2 -1 Diamond Light private sessions. Also Sally is on hand for any one to one spiritual guided readings to feel that comfort of those who have passed.
Ongoing is our amazing Helen and the highly recommended pregnancy yoga weekly class, supported by Jade from Earth and her truely unique Hypnobirthing courses. Gabs and Tracy will keep the energy high with the fitness side of the studio.
