Our moods at this time of year are sometimes like the weather, positive one minute, unsure the next, goodbye to holidays but hello to new routines, happy then sad, its a mixed bag. And thats normal..!!!

Our amazing service teams are here to help navigate these unsettled times and continue to plan and deliver top quality sessions whilst keeping your personal goals and intentions at the forefront of everything they do, whether a new goal or continuation of those set mid point through the year. We like to think that Sept 1st is much like Jan 1st.. we set new intentions to take us into the last part of the year.

Chloe is bringing in a second Wednesday fortnightly class to help mobility and flexibility. Watch out for her special themed 90 min practices, Halloween is next up..use her link on the services page to book.

Sara, our fabulous Pilates instructor continues x3 classes on a Thursday and in addition invites her Pilates teams to incorporate Strength Training on a Saturday Morning for a full rounded effect- perfect!

For daytime Pilates we want to welcome Charlotte- a new mum who recently qualified in Mat pilates but knows everything about safe return to exercise following pregnancy.

For the mind, Georgina Reeves continues to deliver as and when the trending IEMT service alongside our Solution Focused Hypnotherapist Julie Leam. Together thats a powerful combination.

Touching on the holistic spiritual side we have Anna back with fun Divination nights that demonstrate physic, astrology, energy and mediumship vibes she also hosts a monthly mediation to practice some mental self care. She will collaborating with Lincolnshire based specialists here at Fettle with combined advanced Yoga and Shamanic practices in workshop 2 hr style sessions. Watch out for dates..

Tara will be on hand the last friday of every month for Diamond Light group sessions concentrating each session on specific elements of soul.

Sally is on hand for any one to one spiritual guided readings to feel that comfort of those who have passed.

Ongoing is our amazing Helen and the highly recommended pregnancy yoga weekly class, supported by Jade from Earth and her truely unique Hypnobirthing courses.

Gabs and Tracy will continue to keep the energy high with the fitness side of the studio and the circle is now complete as we welcome Grace who brings the element of online coaching combined with face to face to the studio to perfect our fitness team.

And BabyBuddies is back!! Baby massage has been truely missed here at Fettle so welcome back Anna!! Her friday 4 week courses start in Oct with week 4 being that beautiful spa day for baby!.. im sure Anna will have many a theme up her sleeve on the run up to Christmas:)

Rach is always in the back ground overseeing all these amazing services and whilst continuing coaching our more mature clients in mobility and strength training she is launching The Stretch Space.. a new 'let me stretch you out' concept. Assisted stretch so you can lay and let me do the work.. watch this Stretch Space... !!
